This is a big week in the Toolan house. I am starting a new job, and we have a nanny starting. Finn is in the deep throws of the 'separation anxiety stage', and Maeve is quickly turning from my baby girl to a little girl.
Signs of Change:
1. Maeve will not go anywhere without her pearl necklace and her pink fuzzy purse.
2. At a party yesterday Finn would not let anyone hold him except for Daddy...even Mommy.
3. Maeve is wearing big girl underwear today.
4. I dusted off some of my old work items (reference books, desk items, etc.).
5. Zar picked up the clothes from the cleaners and it wasn't all his clothes.
6. I actually packed a purse for work and not a diaper bag.
7. I'm excited and sad, at the same time, to change from one chapter to another.
